We have room on our roofs for substantially more solar panels than our internal load can support. We would like the opportunity to provide solar power to our retail tenants and help reduce their costs. This would result in our building making substantial progress towards net zero, and indeed become a central part of our ISO 50001 and ISO 50100 energy management journey. This in turn unlocks lower cost finance which means the building is in a much better position to re-invest and upgrade the facility, which will also result in more jobs.
